This page explains how to delete your VEGASLOUDER! account, what happens to your information when you do, and how to reach us if you need help.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from within the app or website: (1) Sign in at vegaslouder.com. (2) Go to your Profile and open the "Acct" tab. (3) Tap "Delete Account," then confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account." Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out right away, and the action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Is Deleted
When you delete your account, your personal information is erased. This includes your name, email address, and phone number. Your login is permanently disabled and your email address is released so it is no longer associated with VEGASLOUDER!. Any pending profile-claim requests you made are deleted.
What Is Kept
Some information is retained so that the platform continues to work correctly for everyone else. Bands, venues, and promoters you managed are not deleted; their ownership is released back to VEGASLOUDER! so they remain live and can be re-claimed by their rightful owner. Shows and other content submitted to the public listings remain published. A small number of records that do not identify you personally (such as which accounts you followed and your notification settings) may be retained as anonymous data that is no longer linked to any identifiable person.
Data Retention
Erasure of your personal information is immediate. There is no grace period or waiting period, and account deletion cannot be reversed. If you wish to use VEGASLOUDER! again in the future, you are welcome to create a new account, but it will not carry over any history from your deleted account.
