Location
When you choose to sort shows or venues by distance using the "Near Me" feature, VEGASLOUDER! requests permission to access your device's approximate location. This location is used only on your device to sort listings by distance at the moment you use the feature. We do not store your location, we do not transmit it to our servers, and we do not use it for any other purpose. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings, and the rest of the app will continue to work normally.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: operate and maintain our platform; process and display show, venue, and band submissions; send administrative emails related to your account or submissions; improve our website and user experience; respond to your comments and questions; and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to operate our platform (such as hosting providers) or as required by law. Show, venue, and band information submitted for public listing will be displayed publicly on the platform.

SMS/Text Message Communications
If you opt in to receive text message alerts, we collect your mobile phone number to send you notifications about new and cancelled shows from the bands, venues, and promoters you follow. You opt in by entering your number and checking the text-alerts consent box during signup; consent is not a condition of using our platform. Message frequency varies based on the activity of the accounts you follow. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Children's Privacy
Our platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing of your data. You can delete your account at any time from within the app: go to your Profile, open the Acct tab, and select Delete Account under the Danger Zone. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your personal information is erased, your login is disabled, and any bands, venues, or promoters you managed are released back to VEGASLOUDER! so they remain available.
