Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VEGASLOUDER! ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Use of the Platform
VEGASLOUDER! is a platform for discovering and promoting live music events in Las Vegas. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the platform to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
User Accounts
To submit shows, venues, or band profiles, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Content Submissions
By submitting show, venue, or band information to VEGASLOUDER!, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on our platform. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. All submissions are subject to review and approval by our admin team.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not submit content that infringes any intellectual property rights, violates any laws, or promotes illegal activities. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Third-Party Ticketing
Some shows listed on VEGASLOUDER! include ticket links provided by the bands, venues, or promoters who posted them. These links direct you to third-party ticket sellers. VEGASLOUDER! is not the ticket seller, does not process payments, and is not a party to any ticket transaction. Any ticketing arrangement is solely between you, the third-party ticket seller, and the band, venue, or promoter who posted the show. VEGASLOUDER! is not responsible for third-party ticket transactions, ticket availability, pricing, or refunds, and all ticket purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers and sellers. You transact with those third parties at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
The VEGASLOUDER! name, logo, and all related content are the property of VEGASLOUDER! and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event information submitted by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEGASLOUDER! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEGASLOUDER! and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
SMS/Text Message Program Terms
VEGASLOUDER! Alerts is our SMS notification program. If you opt in, VEGASLOUDER! sends you text notifications about new and cancelled shows from the bands, venues, and promoters you follow. Message frequency varies and depends on the activity of the accounts you follow. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from; we will send a confirmation and stop sending you messages. For help, text HELP to that number or contact us through our Contact page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
